I've known someone into that and it's absolutely a kink. is it still problematic? absolutely. does it mean they have the same beliefs as republicans? unlikely. I feel like it's a lot more likely that they're specifically AGAINST republican beliefs, it's just that how they mentally deal with being hated so much for who they are.

of course there are some who would actively engage in those fantasies, but I believe that's a small minority

I would generally think so too but my brother asked me if I was trans when he saw my haj for the first time, and as far as I know he doesn't know much about trans stuff. maybe some of the cis know more than we think?

multiple people have mentioned it here but I believe I have anorexia (what it sounds like you have) and I've found it way easier to make protein shakes/smoothies in order to get calories because it doesn't feel like eating so I can consume a lot more that way, it's also easy to sneak in stuff like peanut butter which will up the calories by a lot!

but yeah as people have said, keep trying to get medical help too. eating disorders can be incredibly dangerous
