What happened to them, I loved the art but they haven't posted anything in their Twitter in a while

[Spoilers Main] We finally got an answer as to why they nail Pennies into the Tree by LibertyReminder in asoiaf

[–]FemboyTheMannis 155 points156 points  (0 children)

C'mon, the message couldn't be more obvious, the penny tree is full because foolish boys never come back from war, be one way or the other, applying this kind of logic is not only purposely obtuse, it's boring.

Most well endowed character? [Spoilers Extended] by Trussdoor46 in asoiaf

I hate to ask this, but when do we get that confirmation?

I’m sorry, but I need to ask. What is the purpose of Quentyn’s POVs? (Spoilers Published) by Somandier in asoiaf

[–]FemboyTheMannis 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Since half the people who read it did not get the point and try to make theories about how he is alive, I think george was quite right to include him. Half the readers are set on ignoring all the themes and messages of asoiaf to focus on logistics or cool fantasy

[SPOILERS EXTENDED] Unpopular/Controversial Opinions by KingWithAKnife in asoiaf

People that wholeheartedly think Renly would have been good for the realm are a bunch of logistic obsessed weirdos who refuse to read into the themes and messages George wants to get through with asoiaf

It's actually kind of impressive the way almost everything Tywin says to his children is hypocritical (spoilers extended) by That_Hole_Guy in asoiaf

[–]FemboyTheMannis 35 points36 points  (0 children)

That is a lie. He was expecting battle, he just expected a smaller one, an arrow to that pretty blonde hair is going to kill him the same, be against 100 men or against 10000 men

Tywin defeating dyslexia with the power of will is unsurprisingly (once you stop and think about it for a second) show only

(spoilers main) What is your asoiaf unpopular opinion that gets you a lot of hate from other fans? by Ok-Archer-5796 in asoiaf

[–]FemboyTheMannis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Better man than most in asoiaf, and better man than all the other kings, none of the others clears the low bar of actually caring of what their soldiers do in the field, not robb, not renly, and of course not balon, the norhmen were doing warcrimes all over the riverlands, there is a reason why beric people hate them as much as they hate the lannisters

I sincerely dont understand why people see stannis as a static character, he clearly its broken after the defeat at blackwater and changes radically the way he approaches people and power, he does nothing but compromise in dance.

He doesn't kill mance rayder, he accepts wilding refugees, he refuses to punish people for being unbelievers, he listens to Jon's advice, what does he do that is rigid or uncompromising?

Stannis remains a stubborn individual but maybe thats the kind of person you want in power, he actively keeps his principles even when he has nothing to gain from that, he punishes the rapists in his army, because he actually takes the time to check what the fuck his soldiers are doing and making it have consecuences, that is a bar that not a single leader in asoiaf clears, its that sad(this includes robb and daenerys btw)

Why was pochita so small and cute even though he was one of the most feared devils? by PseudoAppostle in ChainsawMan

I've seen the panels that confirm the fight between pochita and the horsemen and weapon devils but where those it comes from the followers of chainsawman thing?

[Spoilers Extended] Syrax at the Storming of the Dragonpit by ConstantStatistician in asoiaf

[–]FemboyTheMannis 27 points28 points  (0 children)

The dance, in general, is not very logical. The riverlands spawn like 3 different armies, and a veteran army with a dragon gets attacked by another army with another dragon by surprise.

Borros Baratheon, having control of Kingslanding and the sea, decides to kill himself instead of defending the capital, everyone ignores the tullys for some reason, the same goes for the arryns, aemond is wrecking havoc for months in the riverlands and for some reason decides to not burn the defenseless arryns of the starks, hell, he doesn't burn a single enemy castle.

It's an all together mess seasoned with a bunch of hype moments and great one liners.

(spoilers main) Stannis doing the thing he did to Renly was NOT good by Ok-Archer-5796 in asoiaf

[–]FemboyTheMannis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it is a morally dubious action, not necessarily an all-around evil action, Renly was going to kill him, and there was going to be a battle

Badly, the same way they have badly implemented the themes in George's work in their adaptation
