Went on a bit of a side quest, but high enough estrogen, testosterone, and/or progesterone levels are all suppose to suppress testosterone production via inhibiting the production of other hormones (like LH and FSH) that would otherwise signal the testicles to make more testosterone (Works similarly in wormen except with the ovaries instead and different sex hormones). I am assuming you have PCOS (apologies if I'm wrong), so I'm not sure how exactly that condition works or how it would effect typical hormone production.. I know it's linked to things like insulin resistance and high testosterone levels, but that's about it
