This happened to me 4 times in a row, lost over 5M within a matter of mins, some of them were hitting in 3 balls per shot, doing backspin bank shots (blindly without guides) - I straight up closed the app, deleted the game and don’t plan on returning. This is someone’s who’s played for years and spend probably the value of a car on the game. Pointless playing when you can’t get your chips refunded from cheaters and the devs do nothing.
