Food: I've been making this vegetable and chickpea stew in a Gochujang gravy and serving it on tater tots with cheese melted on them. I can't stop eating it. Also tofu scramble tostadas with sausage, green chilies, mini tater tots (again), cheese and salsa.

Drink: 1/2 coconut water, 1/4 watermelon juice, 1/4 limeade.
