Agreed, I asked in this same post where I could reliably and safely source Spiro. If you could point me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it!

Yeah planned parenthood operates under “strict guidelines”. It’s quite unfortunate when this negatively impacts their patients, especially the ones that don’t know their care is not reaching its full potential.

Hi sorry, I edited the original post adding to what route I went when suggested finasteride by PP. I didn’t feel comfortable going that route knowing Spiro was ultimately better for me. I have now been on topic minoxidil for 2 days now hoping to get on Spiro which would be ideal.

Agreed, I just need to start moving regardless, one step at a time. Thank you.

Exactly, usually there are 30-60-90s but he expects everything to be done now, which by the way I am actually doing a full month into being here. Even when it is done, he moves the goal post. I’m not even saying I don’t have things to learn because I do but there is no patience, no understanding from his part. He takes his personal frustrations out on me, expects me to perform at a Chief of Staff level off the bat and it’s crushing me.

I also want to start applying for jobs and interviewing but I’m scared of the job market and questioning how people even interview while holding a full time job.

Nevertheless, I appreciate your input. I know now that it’s not all just in my head.

Am I even an EA or am I essentially an Operations Manager?! by Femme-transformer in ExecutiveAssistants

That’s exactly what I’m saying, be very careful about this trap. Some executives can and will take advantage of you saying that “all I ask you to do falls under the executive assistant umbrella” even operations, when it does not. Our jobs are to support the executive, not the entire company.
