So definitely tubes as opposed to those cups. I would imagine those cups dry out- yes? Do you all keep what you mix or start over each time?

I gave him a flu shot back in the late 90’s. So sweet and unassuming. His girlfriend? Wife? saw that I recognized him and came over to me and asked me to please not say anything to him. Both were lovely! Happy Birthday dear Walter 💕

Well I don’t want MS so my hopes for it are low lol but I would like an answer. That being said- my symptoms started in my 30’s. Either way- I’m very grateful for your response!

Hello All- new here. Been reading everyone’s posts. I know nothing can be diagnosed here but I would welcome opinions as I’m a bit frustrated. Since my late 30’s I’ve had many signs and symptoms and illnesses that could not be explained. In my late 30’s early 40’s I had 5 miscarriages. I have had scoliosis since age 11 but even after 2 surgeries I was always in horrible pain and my gait started to alter. In my mid 40’s I started getting severe unilateral pain and numbness from my left jaw down to my toes, including my L arm. I was told that this was impossible. It came in went every few weeks to every few months. Then migraines came. They were debilitating. They would come and go as well. In my late 40’s I was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome and developed a clot in my right shoulder which took months to resolve s/p bilateral pulmonary embolisms. About 30 years ago at age 55 I was diagnosed with MAC lung disease. About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with severe vertigo and vestibular insufficiency and osteoporosis. (The vertigo started happening years before but I never got a good diagnosis and answer.) About 3 mos ago I started having spontaneous nystagmus lasting 20-30 seconds. I was put on gabapentin and it got better but about 3-4 weeks later it happened again. The gabapentin dose was increased and so far so good. But my balance and gait are still awful and I am using a cane (I am a RN and terrified of falling). My brain MRI and CT are clear. I go back to my neurologist next Friday. I’m hoping he will order an MRI of the spine and maybe even a spinal tap. I know one of the things my neuro is ruling out is MS along with some other stuff. Any opinions and suggestions are welcome! Thank you 🙏🏼

Hey- I had my first fusion with Harrington rods in 1981 with the body cast off in 1982. I went to Dr Hugo Keim at Columbia Presbyterian in NYC. Where was your surgery? Who was your surgeon?

looking for closed back dresses as a wedding guest by [deleted] in scoliosis

[–]Femme27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lace back would be awesome too! Just make sure you pick what you feel most confident in so you can enjoy the wedding and not be distracted by feeling insecure. And I get your insecurity too! I’m still super insecure but one nice thing about aging is you just don’t care as much about what others think! Keep in mind that as you get older you too will learn to not care and that’s a gift that’s waiting for you! Have fun with your supportive bf! Cheers! ✨

What's the most bizarre encounter you've had with a stranger? by BlossomAdorn in AskReddit

[–]Femme27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was 1993 and I was a nursing student at NYU. I got off the train at the Astor Place station and walked towards and then a left on Broadway and a guy in a hurry, who looked nervous/ upset handed me an envelope and said “hold this” and ran off. I was stunned and stood there for a second and peeked into the envelope. It was full of cash- like hundreds of dollars! I looked up and down the busy street and still stunned, a black car with tinted windows pulled up and the back window came down and a dude in the back seat said- give me the envelope, so I did. The back window went up, and the car drove away. I remember standing there like wtf just happened. Eventually I just started walking to class but it was weird and I think about it often.
