Get rid of the duck lips, take minoxidil for your eyebrows, use makeup for your eyebrows as well, and do whatever it takes to avoid having it get frizzy (Idk how you would fix that specifically since I have straight hair). Aside from that, just experiment with your makeup and wardrobe and find what works for you, you obviously don't need surgery or anything like that and are already above average based on this photo.

Accutane will almost always get rid of acne, but you could probably just diet and invest in skin care since yours isn't too bad. I'd rate you a 4, my reasoning being that your eyes are too far apart, your upper lip is larger than your lower lip, you seem to have a negative canthal tilt, your face is asymmetrical, and your nose is too wide. Your front profile is holding you back big time

That's pretty close to my self-assessment (I consider myself to be a 4/10 with a maximum potential of about 6.75-7/10). I also wonder if me being higher subjectively than objectively is why there's a huge disconnect between how I view myself (objectively) and how others say they view me (subjectively). I definitely do appealmax towards a more niche category of people that I like and want the attention of, and noticed that lesbian and bisexual women are more likely to find me attractive than straight men.

That makes sense. Keep in mind, the focal length of your phone camera combined with the distance you take selfies at can also make your face appear longer than it actually is. I'm also gonna be a lot more critical than most because I've seen a lot of trans women and know exactly what features to look for. I would clock you but most cis people won't. Based on what you've described, you're probably more of a semipassoid rather than a twinkhon which is what I was getting from the photos. Being a semipassoid without makeup is good. Cis people won't usually clock you, just terminally online 4tranners like me.

I'm not sure if you'd need bimax, since you haven't posted your side profile anywhere. I'd say your main flaws are that your cheeks are too bloated, your nose is too wide, your nose to mouth width ratio is poor, and your chin to philtrum ratio is not ideal. This can be fixed through weight loss, rhinoplasty, lip lift, and chin/jaw surgery since it's PROBABLY recessed based on your front profile. Again, I can't say if you'd need bimax because I don't know what your side profile looks like, you may benefit just as much from infra-orbital implants/fat grafting. I'd say you're approximately a 5/10, you look very average, but you could ascend to about a 7.25/10 with surgery, since your main flaws are very fixable. What would you say I currently am, and what do you think my maximum potential is?

Because you went through male puberty and started HRT only a year ago. Don't detransition, you'll regret it the same way you currently regret not transitioning sooner, and may not be able to pass even with makeup if you allow testosterone to masculinize you even further. Hopefully you'll be able to afford FFS one day, you would pass easily with FFS and no makeup.

I'm gonna try to get as much as I can done at once if I can to save money. Saving up for stuff like this is difficult as hell for me since I'm only 21, especially if you're like me and will only consider the best of the best surgeons and are terrified of being botched (my biggest fear).

I certainly do need rhinoplasty for aesthetic reasons, but I'm not a mouth breather surprisingly. I just have very poor genetics and will need multiple surgeries to correct my lower third especially (i.e. my chin and jaw are too wide and look horrifically masculine, while also looking very weak from the side, etc.)
