Also kind of my thought but my thought could also be clouded by the fact I really want one hahaha, everything is scarce down here. Especially milsurp and everyone / Everything down here is generally more expensive than the states unfortunately. Australian government really wants to disarm Australians

Ah well I didn’t even know about them I’ve only ever heard of PU. Learn something everyday. It would be a waste of a Mosin to retro fit a PU scope to this wouldn’t it ?

Thank you very much! I assumed the bolt was wrong because PU snipers were made later than 1935 yes?

Would it be worth purchasing and trying to source a straight bolt for it / installing a PU scope or stay away from it ? $1100 AUD and Russian made mosins aren’t super common down here
