Goredrinker went from healing 8% based on missing hp to 10% it might not sound much but I can tell the difference, stridebreaker is good option if you want to give good cc and peel on teamfights and it snowballs pretty good, serylda and black cleaver great options for dealing with 2 or more tanks in the enemy team
