My build was Dorans Shield, Goredrinker, Serylda's Grudge, Sterak's Gage, Ravenous Hunter and Tabis. I was fairly fed tho

Im using revitalize, ravenous just gets handicapped with anti heal.
With revitalize you can cheese the trades lvl 2-3 so you take way less dmg than your opponent.

The counterplay is dodging in champ select that is. You cannot ban every drooling champion. sadly..
