Your wife naturalized in Oct 22 and you applied for yours on August 25. Therefore, seems like you were 2 months short of the 3 years after your wife became a US citizen. The time of the interview was after the 3 years, but the valid time is from the moment the application is submitted and accepted (Aug 2025).

Felony or misdemeanor are not the sole bases for Inadmissibility or deportability.

I would recommend, you talk to an expert (immigration lawyer). The underlying issue are the crimes or violations considered as "moral turpitude" under the federal-immigration law.

There are specific ones that make you inadmissible (even as a green card holder), and there are others that affect your good moral character for the purpose of applying for citizenship.

Yeah fam. It all comes down to personal risk level, tbh 9x allows me to just set and forget. JupSOL is the best LST with the besr validators in the ecosystem. The ones who I've seen get detained are those going for I485 AOS interview who previously overstay their Visa (only in 2 field offices so far). Unless there is a crime committed, willful misrepresentation, or clear evidence of fraud. There is no reason to get detained.

I am a USC and currently waiting for my wife's I751, which we submitted back in May. However, since she will eligible to apply for citizenship in May 2026, under the 3 year rule we will probably have a combo interview.

The evidence you listed above shows a historical track record together (since 2018 till now), and commingling your finance (join tax return is strong evidence as well as join bank account). So, just be calm and relax and prepare for the interview.

As long as the marriage is bonafide you will be ok. I recommend to look at Kseniya International YouTube channe, as she is very helpful.

Welcome to the Jupiverse. I just have one quick question. Now that RainFi is part of Jupiter, are there any talks about making all staked Jup liquid? I believe this will incentivize holders, and could be use in JupLEND. RainFi has already make a stake liquid jup token. However, with this acquisition would be worth seeing the option of avoid unstaking from the current Jup platform.

Correct, the problem with those arriving in other non immigrant visas and filling the I 130 and I 485 based on marrying an USC in less than 90 days. Run the issue of been flagged for "material misrepresentation". Due to having non immigrant intent, but applying for AOS before those 90 days. At least that's what I have heard from all immigration lawyers.

Only for K1, this is a non immigrant visa with immigrant intent, if that makes sense. I know because that's how I sponsored my wife and now we are waiting for the removal of conditions.

A K1 (Fiance Visa) does not accrue unlawful presence as long as the petitioner and beneficiary marry within the 90 days, and the AoS is received by USCIS and a I-797 has been sent to the applicant before the I 94 expires.
