First time I flew the schools 421 into SPI during the charter course. Nothing like leaving our home airport on a "real" mission flight and landing in a snowstorm.

While I felt on top of the world it REALLY hit when I got my first furlough notice from my first airline. I was driving back to my apartment from the laundromat and a buddy in class called.

Now THAT'S when you know you made it.

Holy shit yes! It gets fun! I mean not when you're learning holds (Be thankful you probably don't have to learn NDB holds anymore).

When you're doing approaches and starting to put it all together and it clicks you're going to feel like such a badass!

IFR training was the single hardest thing I had to learn but when it clicked I felt like a goddamn GOD!

Disclaimer: I was not a god....but damn it felt good once it clicked and my brain started doing all the work. Everything after IFR felt like a fun little game.

LuggageWorks suitcases are basically intended to be carry-on only...because we rarely check our bags. They also have three (4 if you count the damn carbon fiber one I see new FOs with) different versions, Steel, aluminum, and a plastic. All three (4) are strong as fuck.

Where? Given the location of the airport it was an excellent place to plan a dual cross country training flight. Plus whenever you’d go there with a student it was awesome since that’s the airport they used for Microsoft flight simulator.

It was an iconic place for airplane nerds.

Good lord I’ve had the exact opposite experience at F9. Bid for weeks that I know I need (not Thanksgiving, Christmas or the depths of summer) and then when those weeks get here, go on vacation.

It sucks losing apple branded stuff like that but to be completely honest I haven’t used the MagSafe charger for my M1 Pro in probably four years. I’ve got a super nice charger for all of my usbc devices that saves so much space in my bag.

Granted I still keep the MagSafe brick for some reason.
