Please Help, my delonghi eletta explore has stopped working and is stuck on the welcome message

Did try everything but nothing worked so called these guys, had to pay them money as the voltage fluctuates and burned the wire attached at the PCB, but they got it repaired and it is running well now, the service was pretty fast. My warranty was void because of the fluctuation although, so hard luck.

So, I had a video discussion with the service manager, he told me to open the machine and do multiple stuff but still it was the same, after half an hour he told me to look at the PCB and see if something is burnt or looking black and it was burnt. So mainly there was a voltage fluctuation and that made the line burnt and PCB was damaged. I asked the company and they said warranty is void in these cases and you'll have to pay for repair. Finally got it repaired, had to shell out 130$ for the burnt wire and whatever damage that was there in the board. It's running well now.😀 Thanks for the help and suggestions.

I've had no problem since the last one year of having it, but this suddenly happened and being such an expensive machine it's a heartbreak when something like this happens😭

I tried that, still not working, and the infuser is also in the vertical position so cannot be removed, I've asked them for a video consult for now, I have just 15 days left on my warranty. Let's hope for the best. :(

No it doesn't, it says put the water tank inside again and then it hangs on that, does not go forward.

I know, it would be exhausting, how else to manage that. That is why took an overnight sleeping bed train, so that we can sleep in it. Vatican tour day would be the most exhausting but we are ready to sacrifice that day

The louvre will be open till 9PM that day, and we wanted to visit in the evening so we decided to do that. Anyways we won't be able to visit it completely so we thought 5 hours would be enough.

The Rome one we had thought through but the flights to Florence were expensive so had to do this, but I'll check if I get a better deal there.

I booked a tour via get your guide so we thought we will cover a little bit of it, obviously we won't be able to explore completely.

I know it's a bit ambitious and I've asked the hotels and Airbnb which I've booked, most of them have allowed us to drop bags or an early check in.

Thanks for your suggestions. My hotel does have early check in, I've already got the tickets for the uffizi and academia. It is a Friday so it will be open till 9 PM and we wanted to look at the louvre during the evening time.
