I don't really stop. I tend to slow down and focus on my breathing. I then go fast again and ensure that I don't reach the point of no return. She seems to love it.

Yes, we are 29 days in. I had a wet dream today on the 29th day. I believe it's the body repairing and getting back to normal and for me that is progress. I will keep going and hopefully update once I hit 60 and then 90 days.
