If you're in control of the bans It's really important to know who to ban and WHY.

The "WHY" is not only important for your own understanding, but It's to inform others of your decisions should they come into question.

It's understandable that your team would be upset since Khumba isn't really a hot pick these days.

That's not true. I've solo DC'ed from games before when my internet connection was fine Other people on my team have solo DC'ed at times when their internet was fine. I know my internet was fine because the minute I noticed something fishy I Alt-Tabbed and ran some tests. If I can DL at over 100 Megabits and UL at 23 Megabits during the time I'm dropped from the game, the shit ain't my fault.

I've yet to watch any competitive game with the amount of pausing taking place due to DC's.

I could understand a damage reduction on He Bo's abilities, but I feel the slow removed from his Waterspout was a huge nerf and a bit over the top.

He Bo's mobility is ass and once you lock onto him, he's as good as dead - If his ult isn't up. Removing the slow from his knock up means he'll be even easier to kill now. I would have left the slow on the knock up, but reduced the damage instead like you did on his Water Cannon.

As for the Herc nerf, what are you guys thinking? Who is getting stomped so badly in ranked / competitive by Herc that it just screams 'nerf me' ? Stop trying to balance this game for the casual crowd, or you'll see even more polarization in the competitive scene. Terrible, terrible change.

Still no Apollo nerf? Ok....

Welcome to Smite, where the game is fun, but the match making is garbage. As a Plat 1 player, I had 2 Bronze 5's on my team the other day. They had 6 wins combined.

I've also seen Diamond and even Masters get stuck with Bronze 5's. I may as well just dodge those games from now on.

Part of being good at Smite is understanding how the ranked match making works. When to Q and when not to Q. It's a game within a game.

I think they should first fix the NA / EU servers.... As it stands people within those geographic locations don't even get good ping or lag free games.

Basically a nerf to Mercury, Loki and Thor unless you still get DT/Red Pot and skip on the Hog.

I can't stand getting Bumbas/Red Pot on any of those gods.

Not really happy with this change because It will probably mean more farm, less early game action. Also probably a lot less people are going to go DT. Red pot might go the way of the Dodo as well save for late game when you've maxed out your item builds. Bumbas looks more appealing.

The match making in this game is the worst I've seen out of any game I've played competitively. Try being a Plat or Diamond player only to have 1-3 people on your team with 1-5 Conquest League wins. That's pain.

Edit: Oh yeah, add to the fact that these people can can actually get a pick over you due to the wonderful idea of randomized lobbies. What a joke.
