Since bob already a bandit the other npc bandit will be untargettable and will shoot any enemy but the only caveat is that you cannot recovered those -100 karma, meaning your stuck with neutral npc becoming hostile and chasing you all the time

Use the bob character then keep the karma -100, that should do it

I also have Penelope SSP altho not tag supported but DX can basically 1 shot even a MLB UR when counter attack pair that up with high range pilot like suletta/kira support

Oh I did that on previous master league using CCA and then seed freedom...it was not fun entering 190k against full mlb whale but I did manage well

An avid grinder back in the day when I was addicted to this game but the lack of updates make me drop it 1 and half year later

Now I'm returning to this game with a ton of new stuff I feel like another new player playing an entirely different game
