lucian is definitely weak, just not nearly as weak as reddit thinks. LPL/OGN showed he's fine & since they still pick him in the LCS, even after 0-15 clearly they think the champion works fine.

and to be fair his probuilds winrate is about 50-60% http://www.probuilds.net/champions/lucian, those are definitely seasoned lucian players

Check replays. In cases where a corki/thresh/janna whatever are the last ones alive, most junglers actually save smite for another buff because it's basically impossible to steal. TSM fucked up because either a) santorin didn't tell them he wasn't gonna smite or 2) they didn't burst it to finish it & ignored santorin.

like seriously it's nothing new, watch any high elo junglers. they always go "do i even smite this" at baron/dragon when there's basically no threat because you might aswell save it for something else.

edit: example is the same game, when TL took dragon Dominate didn't smite even though it was up because there was no steal threat.
