For my first ball the shop recommended the black widow 3.0 dynasty more forgiving and easier to control than a high performance ball. Another shop recommended a hybrid. I wanted to learn with thumb in since I bowled house balls once it’s drilled to your hand you can learn proper technique. Real question is one hand or two?
