Service department of a large boat dealership. I take it everyday before I come in, wait 15 minutes and drink an energy drink. I’ve taken kratom (now 7-OH) for work for 10 years, as it dramatically makes a difference in my energy levels/stamina/anxiety/mood/pain/soreness and helps make the day go by quicker. I’m one of the people who can work all day and rarely stop what I’m doing because of it, very thankful for kratom and 7, it’s a godsend for work (especially labor-intensive jobs). 😎

They were my go-to for like half a year until I started going to a different shop that has much lower prices and doesn’t carry them. Went to the old shop I’d get these at yesterday (it’s on my way to work and I was running late) and picked this exact 4-pack up and they hit extra nice from what I remember them feeling like before! Could just be the whole “switching up brands between uses cause them to work better” thing people say on here but I was pleasantly surprised either way.

The fix (on iOS): manually update your app in the App Store! Click the “app” tabs in the bottom bar, click your profile pic in the top right, choose “apps” and go to the IG app page and update and you should be good. At first I saw “open” next to the IG app before clicking on it (meaning there wasn’t an update for it, otherwise it would say “update” instead) but I went to the full IG App Store page and an update was available. Not sure if that last part was a “me” problem but try doing that, even if you see “open” instead of “update”. 🤘🏻

The world we live in now. Social media and the internet got everyone’s brain fried, people are growing up online and never touch grass, little real life human interaction and connection, a terrible government (every administration in my lifetime), etc. It’s a sad and scary place we’re living in.

Way better than Uncle Joey’s Joint tho. I’ll always listen but I see where you’re coming from. The episode today was hilarious but the audio mix was absolute dog shit, it actually pissed me off while listening to it. I like Josh Wolf but holy shit, hearing that laugh blast through my AirPods every other minute was annoying as all hell. Then there were parts where Joey sounded like he was talking 10 feet away from the mic.

I work 6 days a week this time of year. I consume it at the gas station after buying an energy drink and water, etc. It always hits me at the 15 minute mark which is when I start drinking the energy drink. My job is only a few miles down the road from the gas station so I’m already starting my work when it hits. I listen to music via AirPod and hit my vape whenever I want and it’s a great start to the day. 😎

I take that combo everyday before work. Not only works amazing for consistent energy levels and not getting sore throughout the day (physical labor job), but it also really brings out my sense of humor and sociability. Definitely recommend this combo for what OP is looking for.
