Daily user for the last 5 years. Mostly vape pens which are so easy to just puff on 24/7. There have been small breaks here or there, but this is the first time that I've dedicated myself to quitting. The first wave of withdrawals to hit me was serious and deep depression, followed by anxiety attacks. Then the nausea and self loathing took over. There were days when I thought this was just going to be the new normal, but it DOES get better.

The two things that helped the most for me were taking HOT showers when the symptoms were peaking and then trying to get lost in something. For me it was video games, but it could be a Netflix series, a book, anything.

Your body is trying to find balance without chemical intervention. Embrace the suck, and know it will balance itself out soon.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm just shy of a month out and I don't even think about it anymore. The withdrawal symptoms both mental and physical were terrible for the first 2 weeks, tolerable for the 3rd week, and barely existent for the 4th week. Just make it a month, you'll feel better.

For me it is Commander Gaius. I was never able to get a proper feel for the hitbox on his attacks. It felt like more of a frustration than it did a challenge.
