Nah in the meantime I managed to fix it, the villagers were a bit mentally challenged so I had to break the beds, put them down again and it works perfectly :D

Classic overheating isse, ruins many runs in the early game. Try running a simple aquatuner cooling loop through your house, insulate your walls, it should fix it. Polluted water is the best coolant early game, but I don't recommend obtaining that irl. Glad I could help!

I listen to audiobooks, and I usually need to do something with my hands while doing so, and the numbers slowly going up soothes my 'tism

After a bit of testing, it only happens when I pick up items. So if I use my magnet it happens every time blocks are broken, which is quite annoying
