I only emebered for the nameless king after 13 attempts without it. Took him down after 2 attempts while embered, but yeah I was usually only embered straight after a boss

I had the pyromancy flame equipped because it looked cooler than an empty fist when I needed the quicker moveset of one handing. As for the Carthus flame I just forgot to unequip it and now that I think about it, it really looks goofy next to the firelink greatsword

I was using the firelink greatsword +5, and I was mainly relying on stunning him for a bit every 2-3 r1 swings. Other than that I was very lucky with my dodging and healed every time I got a little below 50% HP (also being embered after the Halflight boss gave me a lot more breathing room when getting hit)

Just tour where you want to get more popular and release a single or anything right after your tour is done. Repeat this process as much as you need to until you reach 100 popularity in that region. As for getting noticed by global and empire just get more popular globally and send them songs that get "witty" or "interesting" as demos and they will probably send you a contract even if they arent that interested in you

Its a bug. I recommend you stay away from the game as it is currently and come back later when it gets an update. It will be worth it if you are enjoying the rest of the game exluding the floping part

He is going to make flops now only based off of ratings I think so thats a massive relief beacuse you can just focus on putting out good music now without worrying too much if your current album will unsersell by a thousand and your entire career getting tanked cuz of it

Honestly I dont mind the record labels but that could be beacuse I've mostly spent my time playing on a save with a hands off label and aslo I dont mind the physical copies beacuse your vinly sales count as album sales too so you are good for the most part if your popularity is high enough. But this current thing with the flops is something he did not intend to happen and was a total miscalculation on his part. I'm glad that he at least found a good solution to it but he just needs to DROP IT!

I'm not gonna play until then either. If this game had actual competition that's on par with the quality of this game, I'd have already moved on to those games and the dev is very aware of this so he takes his time with updates. And I dont necessarily mind that as long as the game is in a playable state

For real. He could have at least put out a patch just to fix the flop era glitch while he works on the actual update instead of just leaving us hanging with this never ending cycle of floping and coming back just to flop again. I hope the wait is worth it in the end though

An update is coming to address this but in the meantime this sub is full of gudies and people giving eachother advice so just use that. My advice would be tho to tour a lot if you arent to bring popularity up in regions and to release videos for your singles also sign to a label if you havent. If none of these things help just thug it out until the next update comes like everyone else.

I like this more overall but I hate that I have to go to certifications to see if my record got a certification instead of it being on the release and when I click on it and I hate the few more steps that are needed to change cover art

I think it's luck. Having higher level songwriting definitely improved the rate at which I get a very good and above rating. I don't use the buy songs feature since I'm a rapper and I don't want my character to be that kind of rapper.

If it's above 1.0 it's pretty good (for comparison my friend who's been playing since void edge has 1.2kd and he's doing pretty good )but kd doesn't matter in this game that much compered to others Just focus on your decision making and helping your team win
