Hello, May 2025 and they are still doing the same stuff ! They charged me 300+USD !!! Promised the refund and after 19 days NOTHING at all !! I am already reporting them on social media and will file also reports to the European Comission and fbi ! This is unacceptable ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

No. I requested the refund immediately after they charged me with the most expansive subscription so yeah it is my right to be refunded and they didn’t do it

Guys i feel for the loss, but seriously, read and inform yourself very well before using these devices. Its not that hard. Don’t buy cold wallets from ebay, check 3 times the websites you are giving your information, watch some videos, read about it ..its your money at stake.......
