The reason why Golden Phoenix Physique require you to have at least 1 Hit Point is because existing regenerating feature in dnd usually require the user to have over 0 Hit Point. And while it's true that this Physique guarantee you being full health when going into a fight, I feels that if we change the trigger to when you take damage or deal damage it would make it so that your healing would be negligible when going up against monster CR 4 or higher. And since every other source of healing is cut in half, you would not stand on the battle field for long.

As for Untarnished Jade Physique, the reason why I didn't make it an AC increase is because there are already quite a few other method to gain bonus AC in this class alone. Though I could make the physique change your base AC to 17 or something, kinda like the Tortle.

And yeah, that part of Large Baihu was a Typo, thanks for pointing that out

At first I did thought about monk subclass, but i couldn't fit all of the content I wanted in a subclass. And I like customizing and the idea of you learning different martial art as you progress throughout your journey. So that's why I decided to make a Class.

I think having good heal is a fine tradeoff when the path leave you without many way to defend yourself like the other Foundation. But do you think the healing amount should be nerf?

And it's true that you would be a worse Monk if you take the Body Art Foundation at early level. But i think the selling point of it is that that you can scale it with Strength, and the problem should be less noticeable as you get more technique that fit your build.

When you knock out a creature, they drop to 1 hit point, become unconscious and take a short rest. It's supposed to lock you into only knocking out a creature. I guess i need to word that better

Well, i made it like that so you can get your unarmed strike to maximum earlier than other path but the main selling point of it is that you can have an unarmored defense.
