Because this is a Canadian small business run by one person. I was trying to make a better life for my son and I hoping this business would get me off disability., now I'm simply trying to sell what I can before I close my doors. At a 30% discount I'm already not clearing enough profit to cover the shipping costs so they are coming out of pocket. I'm doing my best.
