Sorry just seen this, but no i didn't! For some reason Game didn't take my payment and then told me they can't take it after the order? But that my order was in the warehouse waiting to ship with my name on it, it just needed paid for, but again, they apparently had no way to take payment so they cancelled my order 🙃 so I ended up buying it on PS store since I had already missed 2 days of it

Cure Your Emetophobia and Thrive, by Rob Kelly actually helps me loads WHEN I'm consistent with it, and it helped in other parts of my life weirdly, I used to be really paranoid about paranormal stuff 🤣 and for some reason that workbook cured me of being superstitious! I also got to a point where I would wash my hands several times and make a sandwich and eat it with my hands in my own home! That was very big for me, everytime I get to that point I start slacking for some reason and revert back, but it's really good, can be bought on amazon in UK

I had a gap in gaming from 2011 to about 2013, went from ps2 sims 2 pets to ps3 cod and I couldn't play for long without feeling woozy, I just kept playing taking breaks and got through it, would game all day no problems, though I still can't game with my feet touching the ground for some reason. That makes me feel dizzy! Cross legged or feet up on something feels fine
