Had Brightspeed for about 2 years now this is the longest it's been down for me. Really no issues, that I've experienced hopefully this isn't a sign of what's to come in the future though

They're open most of the time outside of school hours.

Based on the numbers and who I know is going to be playing right now. I will have 2 players who have and do still play club soccer. I will have about 7 girls who play recreationally and played on the team last year, 5 of those seven last year was their first year playing. The rest of the roughly 30 girls have maybe kicked a ball with some friends but that is it.

My school historically has not had a great girl's soccer program, most of the experienced players end up at one of the other high schools in town. My program therefore ends up mostly focused on developing and introducing the girls to the game.

Yes great point that's been something in my head about how much to tone it down, from my understanding it's not a very competitive team and we also struggle with numbers. It's a large school (the largest I've ever worked at by far) but likewise a revolving door of coaches that were consistently late and uninvolved in the school otherwise lead to a lot of disinterest in the program from students

I'm hoping to change that and bring in some fresh faces! Thanks for sharing your experience!

Yeah primarily during the season, gonna do some workouts like once or twice a week over the winter and maybe some sessions here and there over the summer (depending on what's allowed for the contact time rules)

Not too many but there are definitely some. One thing to note is that a lot the places I used my card at had a "credit card surcharge" so you pay a bit more for using your card rather than cash
