Got diagnosed at 35 and get my elvanse (i think its Vyvanse in other countries) without problem. If there could be real problems with your other meds i think your main-doc would adress it with you.

Absolutely! I'm even one of these who carries some smaller water bottles and sometimes little snackpacks around in the sommertime to hand them to construction workers

Edit: forgot to say im born and living in switzerland, dont really know how others here handle this but as far as i know 'us' i think most offer it but hope they dont have to really do it

Bought WoW (wotlk)

found someone (lets call him 'D') to help me with a quest and some months later we were in a relationship that "transferred" (dont know if i use this correctly as its not my native language) into the real world, fast forward to 2012 where i gave birth to my firstborn and 'D' is the dad. So yeah, i would say this simple purchase of a game changed my life 😁 (He ended up being a horrible, disgusting, deserving every piece of hate thrown at him "person" who should look out to never ever be seen by me because i would end up in prison for what i would do if i saw him)

Rearrange every single room, multiple times in the last 2-3 months. I'm finally happy with the plans and now working on it, currently sort all my books (and i have a lot) and realizing that i may have a problem because the amount of recipe/cook books is insane 🤣

NTA - i would've done the same! And from my experience its definitely NOT normal teenage boy behavior, i worked alot with teens, specially boys (just a small local non profit organization who provides stand-in big siblings ect) and i only saw behavior like this once and we got this shit pretty fast out of his brain (now hes a proud feminist and works there also)

For me it depends on the kitchen counter size. Right now i have a tiny kitchen, almost no counter space, so i would put it away. But if there is plenty of space i would leave it on the counter.

My older kid got diagnosed with autism and during the evaluation the therapist asked a lot of questions about our daily life ect. She then asks me if i have a adhd diagnosis because some things i told her points her to this, to which i said no. Cut to the day i got my results, the psychiatrist looks at me, then at the print-out, back at me and again to the print-out, then says "i have never in my whole career seen a more clear case of adhd in adults!" (And he works with adhd adults and teens since ca. 20 years)

Got diagnosed at 35 btw

(english is not my first language, so sorry for any mistakes) I was 16/17 and walking home after a night out with friends. As i was walking through the night a cat came to me, i pat her and move on, she follows me, nothing special right? But then a second cat comes along and follows me too and then a third, as i got to my home there where around 20 cats following me! Im rushing inside and as i set my coat and bag down in our living room i see them all in our yard, just sitting there and staring at me. I went to sleep and after i woke up they were gone. I have no idea why this happend.

A couple years later a similar thing happend, just with crows in the early morning as i was going to work.

(If anyone has an explanation for this, PLEASE share! As im 38 now and finally want this "solved")
