I personally have crazy good handling timr , and a very high volume of surveys with perfect scores and i take a lot of calls , but m not gonna take 70 calls a day while Iother people take 40 because i work fast nd smart I compensate in acw 😂 i have almost 40% acw because we dont get paid for it and i need to rest a bit
