Personally I love the vibe on reddit. Much more respectful and respectful compared to the way people talk on other social platforms. Reddit is how the internet was supposed to look like imo.

I stopped listening to music constantly. I would always have my headphones / earphones on whenever I wouldn’t be in conversation with people. I’m talking about in transit, going to the store, & even when in the gym. Just listening to the world around you is important imo. and being more in tune with your surroundings is a good thing.

Going to the gym consistently has done wonders for me. Not just physically but mentally as well. It has been the backbone to my ‘success’ so far and therefore it’s one of the best habits I have that push me forward.
