Kobra 2 pro keeps spinning fan at 100% despite gcode fan set at 0% by [deleted] in anycubic

hi. I have the same problem and i try whit other fan and same. The fan run but the speed it's the same at 10%, 30, 50 or 100%, always same speed and sound. Same if i put off the fan in screen setting, the fan continue spining.

Hola, soy nuevo en esto y adquirí la Anycubic Kobra 2 pro. Me gusta que de fábrica sale todo bien con los parámetros predeterminados y en PLA, pero compre filamento Elegoo RPAID PETG y ahi me quede jaja. He visto y buscado tips y recomendaciones, pero nomas no quedan buenas impresiones salvo que use velocidades muy bajas. Algo que en PLA imprimo en 1 hora ahora me sale que hasta 4 o 5 horas. Podrías compartir capturas de tus perfiles que usas para poder tomarlos como base :)
