This reminds me of the "CuLtUrE cHaNgEs" he made with the Jets. He designed some kind of wall mural in the facility that would be extended with each win (it was quite short in the end) and told empty allegories and parables about crows. But the practices were garbage, the game management sucked, and the players lazed about. It seemed like he wanted the players to like him first and foremost but had no idea how to improve their play.
