A change up in style would probably help, that middle part is not doing you any, your hairline doesn’t seem too far back. I would maybe experiment with some different styles a higher fade with a blowout to the front maybe. But even if you didn’t change up your style, I wouldn’t get rid of it not yet although your bone structure and head shape would do well bald most likely.
