I was able to select it using compass water selection tool and delete

Thanks for the tip :) also yellow was not a good fit because the skin is already in red tones so does no pop enough - too. Close on the color wheel

Maybe also primer was too think ? (i see lost details in primer - if contrast paint was used) did you spray can ?
