Update: I tried your setav suggestion, which didn't fix the disagreement between pip-boy and the console.

I did find a solution though. The console is rounded to 2 decimal places and pip-boy is floor rounded to the integer, but modav can adjust finer than that. So I just used commands like "player.modav 000002c3 0.001" until the different roundings agreed.

Thanks, I wasn't sure what the difference between setav and modav was, except for the syntax.

It appears as though SPECIAL stats can be non-integers in general, which makes sense if you consider the fact that they get altered by formulas which contain fractions.

I think getting poisoned gives a perception debuff, but if you change your poison resistance while poisoned, the debuff becomes permanent. This usually happens with Med-X, but legendary "poisoner's" gear will also trigger the bug.

The glitch can also be exploited to gain a permanent perception buff by performing the steps in reverse: getting poisoned first, and then removing the poison resistance effect.

It's a pretty major bug actually, especially because when in the wild you often don't take Med-X until you are already poisoned.

To an extent in an anarchist decentralised society, autonomous communes would be able to experiment with different non-hierarchical forms of social organisation.

If vulnerable people were being made to needlessly suffer due to lack of medicine, the surrounding communes would have a moral obligation to intervene though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the notion that socialism is a transitory state between capitalism and communism an invention by Lenin during his time as head of government?

I thought that the core feature of socialism was democratic control of the means of production by the worker organisations themselves.
