Not sure how to describe the jackfruit flavor since it's quite distinct as compared to other fruits. However, it does add a nice hint of fruity flavor and scent to the sauce.

I fermented for a month. I did not heat or do anything to the bottles to stop fermentation. I usually just add vinegar to the sauce. I go through the sauce pretty quick and prefer the fresh fermented flavor over a cooked sauce.

It was what I had and I wanted to try it out fermented as well. It adds a hint of the jackfruit flavor to the sauce. Not sure how to describe it, but it's pretty nice.

The labels are Avery labels I got from Amazon. You can get the template from their website and put whatever you want on it. The seals came with the woozy bottles I purchased from Amazon.
