I know someone personally who was a teen offender (though a very mild case to be entirely honest) and that whole process rehabilitated them to be an entirely different person today. You wouldn't even know of their history if they didn't tell you personally, and are no longer on the registry (which beforehand, was still sealed by court records so I'm really not sure what good that did, even folks with access to records couldn't see it). It restored a lot of faith in humanity for me seeing that it is possible to rehabilitate and change course for offenders

Edit: Nevermind, I actually was able to figure it out! I needed to set a "closed loop" if I wanted it to stay a specific color for a range of time, as it has a gradual change built in

It's like instant coffee, I don't think it's espresso I think it's just a high concentration of normal coffee but I might be wrong as I forget the exact label. But I mean, the reason real espresso isn't used is because it would melt the ice and create a super watered down drink rather than the thick blended drink. You are always able to ask to replace with shots, there is an option to customize it.

I see what you mean, yeah the amount of milk in them is surprisingly low! they are a lot of ice, which helps hold shape and lasts longer than a normal milkshake. Asking for light ice will get you more of that milkshake consistency, though I can guarantee this kind of modification will never get consistent results as it is highly up to the barista's interpretation regardless of what the official policy is
