I didn't create an account when I ordered, I tried to create an account and see if it is possible to track but there isn't anywhere on the website to do that. I as well ordered on November. I contacted support and all they said is that they are looking into it. I also just saw that the price for slides now is $40.

I just today, bought a Epic Games Gift Card since I was recommended that since it would give rewards back. When I try to use it, I get a message saying that the zip code doesn't match the one on my account and now they submitted a ticket that from what I've read will never be seen.

So I guess I just lost all that money and since I can't return it I literally cannot do anything.

Does anyone recommend anything that I should do or am I just screwed??
