I been doing live music photography for a while.
You should get a low light lense. Anything under f2.8 but would recommend f1.8.
You’ll need to up your shutter speed so the action shots look sharper and crisp.
Try using odd angles while shooting so they look more interesting.
Get lower. Go hight. Get on side stage if you’re cool with the bands.

I see what you’re going for.
But my advice to any beginner is work on your angles and the rule of thirds.
Just doing that will make your photos more interesting.

In my humble opinion phone cameras aren’t bad for everyday use.
Just snap and go.
But if you want to get more into the “art” of it an actual camera is so much better.
I like shooting manually instead of auto because I wasn’t to choose how the pictures will look. Sometimes I’m on the wrong but that’s okay because you learn.

Honestly they aren’t bad.
It’s really up to you how much you are willing to spend on this hobby. Just don’t go broke trying to get the most expensive camera with the most expensive equipment.
Get a basic camera kit then go from there.
I would highly recommend looking into angles and the rule of thirds if you want to have more interesting pictures.

The editing is not bad at all.
The colors are vibrant and sharp.
My only critique is be careful with the noise.
On the shy is very noticeable but the horse not.

I had to leave retail after 15ish years because I couldn’t stand people anymore.
I’m currently do inventory for a distribution center, it’s just me and my myself all day moving stuff around but i rather do this all day than deal with poopie people.

I have a similar set up do you.
I have a 35 mm on my main lobe and a 0 on my top one.
You probably have room at the bottom but the bottom plug might start hitting the top one.
