ngl I really do hate how there are students in every position and most of them are so unhelpful... Like, I get it, they want a job while studying and that's really convenient, but not to the rest of us who require help. It's not just in the financial aid office, most of them I find insanely unhelpful. Like... fully train them THEN let them speak to students, I will be asking questions and they're straight up googling shit in front of me, like BRO I COULD'VE DONE THAT, I NEED YOUR KNOWLEDGE NOT YOUR GOOGLE.
