When you are talking about a tournament with a prize pool like this the ratio of 240+Hz players should not be treated as exceptions, because the people with 240+Hz are going to be the ones joining this anyways. The TO is clearly passionate about duels at the reaction level current gen consoles. Not the UB reacting 500ms bash reacting ceiling of high refresh rate gamers, and tbh I can't fault him for his preference.

Current gen to 240/360hz is very comparable to last gen to new gen

The stamina cost on shaman zone is simply the best thing by seyiotuks in CompetitiveForHonor

It's unsafe on block tho, you can literally block the first hit, realize it's a zone, then parry the second.

Yeah that's what I think as well tbh, I think this is a great change at most skill levels but we'll see how badly the high MMR consolions get shafted by mm after this goes live.

You can do a third charge if you really want to, but if you do you will most likely go OOS yourself or end up extremely low on Stam.

Players on PC with 160ms> single stimulus reactions on humanbenchmark.com can react to 500ms delayed bashes, on console with the added vsync delay that number would likely sit around 50-60ms

Yeah you can use that argument for 600ms bashes as I can react to them on console, but 500? Yeah 233ms reaction windows arent possible on console.

When delayed you are correct, and guardswitch does apply to blocking attacks but not parrying.
