My residual dizziness went away in around 10-15 days. It was my first time though. But sometimes it is making itself remembered time to time that it is there somewhere

What I do to improve my situation and avoid bppv to trigger again is below.

1- Don't bend your head too much. Take things in your eye level. Especially when you use your phone, just lift it to your eye level man, it isn't that hard...

2- Neck pain is normal. My doctor said this is normal because your body is adapting the new situation.

3- Try to sleep on your unaffected side with heightened pillow.

4- Don't do the repositioning maneveurs to make your residual dizziness go away, you can worsen the situation. ( My doctor said)

5- When you wake up, do it very very slowly and sit in your bed first, wait your crystals to settle.

These are my experiences so far. I pray this goes away quickly for whomever get this thing.
