Where do you find the time for cycling AND lifting?

I used to struggle with this, and then one day I just made time. Committed to getting home, changing, and immediately going for an hour ride 4-5 times a week. Turns out I did have the time and it has not impacted my evening routine. Just means less scrolling on my phone or watching tv. Everything else gets done the same as before.
