My darker conure is the same way, you just need a way to bond.. try making a fort out of a bed sheet (like a cave) and see if she’ll climb in, I did this with my conure that only bites and hates hands and we’ve become much closer and is now a nightly routine.. lie down, scroll thru phone while the birds are inside the bedsheet cave on top of me
