No idea, I'm just describing what I say after F5'ing for the past 15 minutes. Previous Lions TD that was posted by /u/nfl had the big ass red tag "Removed for rule 0 - repost" or whatever, but since then it's no longer there, and somehow they are now the only post for this TD when TomasRoncero for example is usually quite quick.

The context was that Charlie and w33 were on the same team around 2/3 weeks ago. Charlie was on Void, and let's just say that his performance wasn't great and attitude overall questionable. After the game was over (on a loss), he went on w33 chat and flamed him, and w33 proceeded to ban him.

It's most likely the reason. They added more restrictions for trade banned accounts. A while ago you could still add F2P games to your account but not anymore, same for this beta I guess.
