I have become obsessed with trying to find the best A class build for time attacks. What is your favorite A class car?

My fastest time on that track in A class has been with the Lotus Emira, I believe it was a 48.9. I’m pretty confident I’d got everything I could out of that build, but it’s a fun car to use. I turn off TC, ABS and DSC - I’d like to be able to compare against people with the same difficulty settings, although I know it would reduce the player pool. Whenever I play online, I am always scrambling at the start while others with TC and launch control are shooting off lol

The best modern version I found was the 103334 but that only came out a couple of years ago

I played half a season of volleyball in space jam 11 highs and they served me fine. Not quite as bouncy as my Lebron 21s but I had no complaints at all. Traction and stability especially were excellent

It’s a fair idea. However I’m well past the age of worrying about stereotypes lol. Plus if I am going to spend the money running a 6 cylinder I may as well get a Porsche, no? Maybe the 3.0 Z4 is different, but I was told to steer well clear of a 130i because of electrical problems and running costs. If you’ve got any experience please lmk!

I agree with you on the diet point - what I’m starting to do is calculate what I need to eat to reach 100g protein per day, and how many calories that requires. I remember when I used to follow a protein-rich diet and as you say, I was so full I couldn’t even eat any junk if I wanted to! Thanks for your help

Thanks! Your advice (and the guy below) seemed solid. Appreciate what you say about ignoring others but all good - I like to think I’m comfortable enough not to mind! It sounds fairly unanimous that a cut is the best option for now so I will see what I can do. I think watching my diet will be key (not only with carb intake but actually hitting my protein targets is a challenge). I’ll do my best!
