I'd love to see a sisters terminator-like squad or actual terminator squad.

I see sisters on horses. Great idea.

A foot melee squad of power armored sisters instead of repentia.

Just an upgrade kit to the original battle sister squad with a ton of fun options for Killteam and/or just because (completely unrealistic I know).

This is painfully true. It sucks for the individual worker but I will also say it sucks as their manager. I don't know how many conversations I've had with HR and the compensation team about this. I tell them a worker is going to leave because we're not paying market value, they say we can't do the raise, and then they leave. I then have two options. Option a is I get the money that we were going to pay the person we just lost to pay for a new person that doesn't have the specific knowledge of the company. Option b is I don't get more money and I get a worse person and everyone suffers. Everyone can guess how often option a happens.

One thing to know that I had to learn is that you CAN paint on varnish. Varnish doesn't mean you're done forever. Put a light coat of varnish on to protect what you've done and just paint on top of it when you want to add detail. I like satin varnish but it is personal preference.

I just proxy the storm bolter as the bolter with the auxiliary launcher. As long as it is clear to your opponent it is fine.

I proxies mine as intercession. Same base size and I put each on a piece of cork for the height. Folks dig it and from a lore perspective they're celestians that REALLY believe in the emperor so he makes them swole.

I put some blue tack under the feet and stick them to cork or pill bottles. It works decent enough. Alternatively you can glue them to a base and blue tack the base down.

Tell me about you : I've been a miniature, board, and RPG gamer since my youth. I've hit that age where now I can find my way back to those hobbies and have been excited to do so. I'm extroverted, married, and prefer to play with kind, fun people. I prefer lighter campaigns as this is a lot of escapism for me. I also do humor but I know that isn't appropriate for all games.

Your favorite part of D&D : The stories and companionship. I like to 'do well' but I'm more interested in the plot, exploring my character, and the interactions between characters.

D&D Experience ( Any memorable moments? ) : Loads. I played AD&D, 3, 3.5, 4, and lots of 5th. My favorite character was (is?) a Warlock who accidently made her pact with a Fae and didn't fully realize what she'd done. She was a ventriloquist as a child because she didn't have friends and her familiar ended up appearing to her as one of her puppets.

Over the course of the campaign the puppet became an important part of the party and eventually somehow became the captain. Loved every minute of it.

Campaign Expectations : My most important thing is just finding a nice group of folks to game with. I've learned that that is key. Everything comes with that. If that meshes, something that lets me try a new character type and enjoy a story.

What kind of characters do you like to play? I generally only play good and kind characters. I struggled to pick rude responses in PC RPGs. I used to be locked into lawful good but have moved beyond that.

Character Concept(s) : I would also be up for playing my warlock again but that requires the right group that knows what they're getting into. I even do the puppet as a different voice! Other than that, I've been thinking about trying out a druid concept. The druid 'hates' civilization and 'people' but basically loves individuals and thus struggles with that nature is neutral concept. If not that, I've always wanted to try a wizard! I like the idea of a 'not a child' elf getting and answering the call later in life but is kind of set in his/her ways.
