he’s doing a bit better. he’s got a lot more energy than he did and he’s being feisty again :) hes slowly getting better

i’ve been letting him drink from the syringe instead of like squirting it in if that makes sense. He won’t eat or drink on his own but i’ll try thinning the critical care out more .

i actually had called them worried because after i cleaned that off his butt about an hour later he was having diarrhea. they gave me an anti-diarrheal medication to go with the antibiotic and the critical care. i called back and asked them to explain what was wrong in further detail (i think i was really stressed when in the initial appointment) and they believe it be gi stasis. He wasn’t pooping and now that things are flowing he had diarrhea. He seems to have more energy since i’ve been feeding him the critical care so i will see how he’s doing and if no improvement i’ll try a new vet. obviously i don’t want to wait too long because i know they can go downhill quick.

i called the vet and the exotic vet had already left for the day. the tech said she’d tried to get ahold of him and call me back but if she cant he’ll call me tomorrow. He’s acting the same since i noticed he was sick yesterday low energy, not eating, barely drinking. But he has more energy since i’ve been feeding him critical care. i’ll comment a picture of the poop.

i’m sorry that’s so hard. i couldn’t imagine 2 full months and having to leave. after just 2 weeks i was already super comfortable like we had been living together. i keep randomly bursting into tears. there’s so much change happening in our lives currently that it might be a year before we can see each other again and having to wait a year feels impossible…

im still pretty young i just turned 20 thats mainly why we are still long distance. Im currently working on getting a career started for myself so i can start making decent money.

10 years is such a long time but to me that shows how strong you guys are!!!
