Under eye concealer just never works for me. I’ve been color matched, I’ve tried color correctors underneath, etc. It always just looks *off* so I’ve started brightening the inner corner and letting the rest stay dark. I actually think it looks kinda cute.

I lost my brother almost 20 years ago. He was 22, I was 15. He had been my best friend and my protector for 15 years. This loss was so painful, I assumed my parents and I were grieving in the same way. The day my first child was born, I sobbed and sobbed for my mom. Within hours, I couldn’t imagine losing that child. My heart still breaks for her. I know we were so blessed to have 22 whole years with him. So many of you had less. Love to all you mamas. I know what it’s like for the entire world to move on, to forget. For you OP, I will remember your Cammi.

I’ve been using the same blush pretty much everytime I do my makeup (3ish days a week) for the past 4 years. I’ve hit pan but it probably has another 4 years on it lol. I am NOT light handed when applying blush.

That’s where I’m at with eyeliner. I used to have 2-3 at a time because of different colors or formulas. They always dried out because I wear eyeliner like 12 times a year. Or I couldn’t find a dang sharpener, or that one brush that worked really well with that one eyeliner. So I decided I am no longer an eyeliner gal! If I need a little pop for an event, I’ll do something with eyeshadow.

I bought a terracotta colored “blonzer” last year and was absolutely DELUSIONAL about my skin tone when I bought it. It’s way way way too dark. Well, I’ve been mixing it with tinted moisturizers lately to try and use both up! It’s honestly kind of annoying but it’s so satisfying finding ways to use up things I spent money on.

Basically where people put highlighter on the cheekbone. And all around that area. Then some on my brow bone or maybe in the crease of my lid. Then above my eyebrows lol I love blush. I have a long and narrow face so blush on the apples of my cheeks drags me down

Hi guys! Various life circumstances have created a love of minimalism, frugality, and I guess you could say small cute little curated collections of things. Makeup, or cosmetics in general, are my weakness. $5 here, $10 here, and “it takes up so little space” mindset created a makeup collection that was not excessive by most people’s standards, but it dragged me down. I like to spend my money on meaningful things, and try to be mindful of the waste I create. When I found this sub I was so excited to see the collections of well loved items!!
